Current vendor rates

Grassman Family Reunion 2026: Vendor space is free.

Jingle in the Woods 2026: Table space (6–8 ft. wide × 5 ft. deep) — $45; 10 × 10 space — $80; limited 10 × 20 endcap space — $140.

Rates for 2027 gatherings will be announced after the dates and layouts are confirmed. Payment is not required when submitting this application.
